Интересно, а что за несомненный умник додумался сначала повырезать весь асфальт в городе так, чтобы если не заметишь и въедишь в эти ямы, то без ходовой рискуешь остаться? И сейчас, когда их начали заделывать, почему то асфальт кладут на забытых богом дорогах частного сектора в первую очередь, в то время как по всему центру и на перекрестках транспорт каждый день долбится в этих ямах, где без мата проехать невозможно! Такое ощущение что кто-то назло делает

Как пешехода меня волнует- ПАААчему все незаконченные участки дорог с вскрытой поверхностью не промаркированы для ночного движения и дневного? Кто из взявших на себя работников жкх или иной другой структуры курировать данный проект- возместит ущерб автолюбителям и пешеходам с плохим зрением? Несоответствие работником занимаемой должности определяется по объективным данным, а не по субъективному отношению работника к своим трудовым обязанностям. Основным условием увольнения работника по п. 3 ст. 42 ТК является отсутствие в его действиях вины, т.е. когда невыполнение или ненадлежащее выполнение обязанностей по трудовому договору обусловлено отсутствием необходимых знаний, навыков, соответствующей квалификации. Если образование, квалификация, навыки, опыт позволяют работнику надлежащим образом исполнять свои трудовые функции, однако работник по своей вине выполняет их ненадлежащим образом, то указанное основание увольнения неприменимо. В этом случае работник увольняется за нарушения трудовой дисциплины. Именно инженера по ТБ обязаны проконтролировать данный вид работы. Мое мнение. Кто даст ответ на данный вопрос жителя города? |

Иногда хожу с детской коляской мимо 4 школы к МЖК и назад. Очень порадовал начавшийся там ремонт, но спустя некоторое время ужаснула расстановка бордюров напротив детсада. Чтоб не ломать коляску, и случайно не выронить ребенка из нее при спуске с такого бордюра приходится пойти по 1 из 2 путей. А еще у нас в городе есть инвалиды на колясках, слепые, и просто пожилые, которым тяжело идти "по ступенькам" Спросил у рабочего, почему не сделали скос, ответил что многие спрашивают, и даже сами они у начальства спрашивали, мол им не трудно сделать. Ответ :" Не по проекту." На Сопина почему-то проект был нормальным А еще порадовало разделение тротуара от аллеи. Вот куда, кому, на кого и сколько человек должны пожаловаться, что принимающая сторона пересмотрела проект и внесла указания?! |
