Насколько я знаю, этот дом был включен в перечень домов жилого фонда для капитального ремонта кровель еще в начале лета. Работы по этой крыше уже давно должны были быть завершены на 100%. Разве не так? Тогда смело (и оперативно) идите в исполком с жалобой и аргументацией

работы завершены, но на фото показана рваная крыша (1 микр, дом 16). Получается крышу починили установили новую ПВХ мембрану, а вредители ее порезали? Может кто из 16 дома располагает более точной информацией? |

Если лес на крыше нормальный, то лучше чуть подлатать и постелить керамическую черепицу , она и стоит хорошо, но и тепло классно держит, а это самое главное. |
